With the exception of Monica, who will continue to offer only telehealth appointments, all clinicians are now offering in-person appointments. If your clinician, or someone in their family, has tested positive to Covid-19, you will be offered a telehealth appointment unless your clinician is too unwell to proceed with the appointment.
We have had a strict COVID-19 policy in place. Although wanting to be available and accommodating of clients' needs, we also want to keep ourselves, our families, our clients, our practice and you, our clients, as safe as possible.
Vaccination is strongly encouraged for anyone entering BPS.

We have had a strict COVID-19 policy in place. Although wanting to be available and accommodating of clients' needs, we also want to keep ourselves, our families, our clients, our practice and you, our clients, as safe as possible.
Vaccination is strongly encouraged for anyone entering BPS.
Some measures previously in place will remain in place, some have changed:
- A number of clinicians have introduced an hepa air-purifier into their room
- We have decided to keep toys and magazines out of the waiting room for the time being. Drinking water is again available in the waiting room, with the use of disposable paper cups.
- We'll continue to use paper towels in the bathroom
- Hand sanitiser is available in all rooms
- Clinicians will now make their own decision whether they continue to wear a facemask during sessions
For clients:
- We continue to ask that you not attend the practice in-person if you have tested positive to COVID-19 in the past 7 days or if you are unwell. Telehealth appointments can be arranged as a safe alternative
- Please let your clinician know if anyone in your household has tested positive to COVID-19 in the past 7 days. It will be up to each clinician whether they still offer to see you in-person or whether a telehealth-only option is offered. If you have no COVID-19 symptoms and an in-person session is offered by your clinician, please wear a facemask at all times in the building.
- Each clinician will make their own decision whether face masks are required for clients during sessions. Some clinicians might still require you to wear a face mask and will have a supply of masks available if you have forgotten to bring one with you..
- Please note that it is each individual clinician’s decision whether they offer telehealth or face-to-face appointments and to whom. Some clients might only have the option of telehealth appointments.
